I love this andalou cc cream. This is my absolute holy grail product. It doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. It works great as a multi purpose product, I use it as a primer & SPF. It does a good job at covering my rosacea and neutralizing my skin tone. The scent is lovely and does not irritate my skin( not even in the slightest), which is a shocker because anything scented tends to irritate my skin. This is a high quality product at such an affordable price. I 1000 percent recommend this.

Great for a BB Cream
I purchased the Perfecting Beauty version because I wanted something to even my skin tone, moisturize, and provide sun protection. I was looking for a more natural product, and I liked how this has a good score on EWG’s Skin Deep website, which basically rates how safe products are.This has more tint to it than I expected, but it doesn’t really cover up acne that well (which I expected to be the case). If you add more than one layer, it provides more coverage, but it made my skin a little cakey looking when I applied more, so I may just experiment with how I apply it (I currently use a kabuki brush, but I want to try a beauty blender, or even just my hands).This has a fairly strong orange/citrus scent to it, which I really enjoy, but if you’re looking for something with a light fragrance, this probably wouldn’t be the best for you. It does wear off after a little while, though.Overall, I like this product, especially because it simplifies my morning routine, and if I’m not leaving the house, I can quickly put it on and improve my skin without wearing a ton of makeup. It doesn’t provide heavy coverage, but I knew it probably wouldn’t. It does a good job of evening out my skin tone and it matches my pale skin well (it doesn’t have that orangeness to it that a lot of makeup does!) As for sun protection, I’m not sure how to tell if it’s working, but I like how it has SPF! The price is great for the amount of product you get, too (I paid around $8 with free shipping).I would repurchase this.

Fragrant and smooth
I love this stuff. I went without for a while when the price skyrocketed, and was so glad to get more recently. It smells lovely, goes on smoothly with a light wash of color to even out my skin, and keeps my face protected from sun damage. I always apply it over a base of rose hip oil, which is perfect for my skin. The oil helps it spread so I can use a little less. The color seems a bit dark going on but always rubs in to look natural. I have pale, cool-toned skin, with a tendency to go red with the sun.

High quality foundation Sun Screen
I have used this brand for many years and very happy with all their products. It is priced at a competitive cost. I checked prices at my local organic food store which has a huge natural body care section and Amazon had a lower price! Very high quality. It spreads easily and evenly on my face when I apply it. Not too heavy and not too lite – last night I was in a retail store trying samples of sunscreen based tinted foundation and disappointed how THIN it was – this is good for foundation to even out skin discoloration, acne scars, freckles, etc. I greatly prefer squeeze tubes for foundation because if you stick your fingers into a cosmetics container that has a lid that screws off you CONTAMINATE the cosmetics with the oils on your fingers – even washing your hands with soap and hot water does nothing to decontaminate cosmetics if you use your fingers to stick into the pot and then apply to your face.

Beautiful product but makes me break out 🙁
I so, so badly wanted to love this CC cream. 🙁 For starters, the great EWG rating was a very high selling point as I avoid toxins whenever possible, and I’ve had really positive experiences with Andalou products & love their mission as a company. The price was very reasonable for the large 2 oz. tube also.Upon opening the cream for the first time I was blown away that it actually & truly smells like roses. And not like rose scent or flavoring, like sticking your nose in a big bouquet….and I LOVE that! Even my burly boyfriend said I smelled really good. It has a non chemical/non-nano SPF 30 which is awesome, and it goes on really smoothly. It leaves kind of a dewy look & feel at first but eventually it soaks in completely & feels totally natural. My skin stayed very moisturized as well.I wasn’t very excited about the coverage as it’s extremely sheer, but I very rarely wear makeup & really just wanted something to smooth out my skintone which this does on a very, very minor level. Even then the pros outweighed the cons so I decided it would be great as a tinted sunscreen & I could maybe just get a natural concealer for the dark circles under my eyes.But now we get the my low star rating & crushing disappointment…. :(I tend to get a few little pimples here & there so when a couple popped up in the evening after I wore this CC cream all day I didn’t really attribute it to the cream. Unfortunately though, after healing up the little blemishes & then trying the cream again…..and then repeating this process several times…..there’s no way around it. It definitely makes me break out. Darn it. Now I wish I hadn’t spent the money on a product that’s going to be wasted.In conclusion, if you’re less prone to breakouts, want what amounts to a very sheer tinted sunscreen, & want to spend half the day smiling cause you smell so good, this may be perfect for you. And I’ll be very jealous. 😉

I’ve been using this stuff for years and it makes my skin plump and moisturized. I couldn’t find the tinted version in stores in the winter so I came here to get it. I wish they had a shade between the only two shades they offer. The paler one just looks like pure zinc oxide on your skin, while this one can be a bit too tan in the winter (but seriously not bad!). I like how it’s not super orange like some natural products —it really is a good ‘tan’ colour and I love the ingredients. The rose smell is very, very mild or I wouldn’t like that.

Really nice product and it smells like rose Turkish delight. It sits nicely on the skin and feels good. I like wearing it as it’s weightless and feels very clean. Mascara seems to smudge a bit with it under the eyes which is annoying, but I’d rather go without mascara than without this as it makes my skin look really nice.

I have very sensitive skin. Really light skin tone with a lot of redness and tendency to rosacea. The cream has a nice texture and smell. It takes very little to moisture the whole face, but there is very little coverage. I need coverage, so I put on a bit more on the red places, but this is at the risk of getting a greasy feeling. It does not bother me too much, but I would def. have liked more coverage. What I really love about this is that it does not bother my skin the least, and it actually seems to help keep it calm and not itchy. I am allergic to Titanium Dioxide and this does not contain that. I might buy again or see if they have another product with a bit more coverage. I tend to put this on in the morning and keep it on until next day with no problem.
