Great makeup remover – can’t beat Bioelements
I love Bioelements Makeup Dissolved. It is completely non-greasy / oily and does an excellent job of removing every last bit of makeup. It works best on non-waterproof eye makeup, but will eventually get it off. I’ve been using this for years, and will continue.

I bought this after reading about it in an online beauty blog. It claims it can remove waterproof mascara, but it does not. It removed a small amount of mascara and left the area around my eyes feeling tight and dry. I had to use Nivea makeup remover to remove the rest. The Nivea was less than half the price. Bioelements Makeup Dissolver did remove my face make-up and left my face clean, but it wasn’t worth the price especially since there are cheaper products that do the job better.
