It works!
I bought this to open wide mouth 32 and 48 oounce pickle jars and it works perfectly. It is slightly smaller than the lid but can be opened the 1/4″ needed. Using this made the lid come off extremely easily. I was surprised when the lid came off as I was getting ready to apply force. Also tried on smaller lids and it is just as easy to use. I would buy again but I expect it to last a long time, making it an excellent value.

Not what I’d expected
This is smaller than I was expecting. It’s not that great at breaking the seal unless you put serious muscle behind it, which I don’t have. The color is fine but it’s just not doing the job I need it to do.
