Works great, very convenient.
I purchased this for my friend who was in an accident. her hand had nerve damage. She was getting a hand massage weekly for help. Now she is using this instead. This hand massager is saving her money and she can use it more often. It has 2 heat settings and 3 massage levels. It is battery charged and gets about 5 hrs from the charging. It is convenient to use since she doesn’t need have it plugged in when she wants to use it. It is the best thing I ever got her.

UPDATE 02/11/2025.I got an email from CINCOM today apologizing for our problem and offering a full refund. We declined, don’t think it is their fault. We attribute our problems with hand size and condition. People with “normal” size/condition hands might not have the same problems. I added a star to my review as a result of the CS follow-up.Purchased for my wife’s achy hands.Like:1) Good quality2) heat is niceDislike:1) Compression is too strong for wife2) Too small for my ham sized hands.Not sure what size hands these are intended for, but the compression is too strong for my wife’s small hands and really painful for my rather large hands. It is good quality and easy to operate. For the reasons mentioned we rarely use the device, so we wouldn’t purchase it again. For people with different hand sizes(between very small and very large) it may work better.

Great birthday gift for my wife
I purchased this for my wife. She is a paralegal, and does a lot of typing throughout the day. Lately she started complaining about hand pain and fatigue. So I started a quest to find something to give her some relief.This little device is remarkable. She loves that it is compact and cordless. She has had it a week and says she uses it at least a few times a day. She is impressed with the amount of relief. She likes it so much she is getting one for her mother-in-law, who has a severe hand arthritis situation. I tried it and could not believe how good it felt. Now she has her coworkers lining up to borrow it.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is considering it. It really feels great, and will give relief if it is needed. It appears well thought out in design, and the build quality is not cheap looking at all. Love this hand massager!
My hands have been hurting so bad lately and I have carpal tunnel in both wrists. This hand massager has saved my hands in a short period of time already! It’s relaxing, easy to use, is a good value for the money, has pretty decent pressure, is quiet and functions great! I definitely recommend this! Great size, fits both my hands and my husband’s. Can travel anywhere with you. Easy to use and quiet. Love it and definitely recommend it!

No heat
I received this and absolutely loved it. Used it daily after I had painted a lot. The RA flared up and the heat was amazing. After a few days when I would turn the heat option on it would just turn off within 30 seconds. Thought at first it was too hot… no… the next day it kept doing the same thing. I have submitted a return request. It was wonderful when it worked with heat. It seems like a very well built massager and provided a lot of pain relief. It wasn’t too noisy… I could still watch tv and not be bothered by it. 3 pressure modes and all were awesome. Just need that heat! It’s a good value for the money in my opinion- with heat 😒

Works Well For Price Point.
I’ve been using this device for a little over a week now and for the most part, it gets the job done. The compression is nice, the heat could be a little bit better, and I wish this machine had some form of rubbing capability. I do get some relief in my arthritic hands after I use it, and I usually do two cycles per hand at a time

Bought this as a gift for my dad who golfs regularly and has some arthritis in his hands. He loves it – it heats up and the massage is surprisingly powerful. It has a battery so it can be used without a plug, but also works while plugged in. I wasn’t sure what to expect as things like these can be hit or miss but I am really impressed and would recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ability of this machine. You place your entire hand in the machine (not in individual finger holes). You could include your thumb to be massaged also. There are nubs to push on pressure points while the gel pads compress the hand. It even extents and stretches the fingers and palm. Very good. I would buy this product again.
