Saw this in Allure blog & decided to try for price. Used to use Maybelline Waterproof, but this is just as good if not better. Doesn’t seem to clump over time as fast or as much. Waterproof great, wear in pool all the time, rub eyes, & my eyes tear terribly–this does not run. Love it, especially because of price. Make up has been getting ridiculous price for value, & this has stayed the same price ,quality, & quantity. Highly recommend.

This Mascara is sooo good!!! I needed a good waterproof mascara and didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I took a chance on this one and it did not disappoint! It goes on smoothly, no clumps and separates my lashes and it really does give a false eyelash effect! My lashes are super short and thinning but this mascara worked beautifully to create long beautiful lashes!! I love the brush too, it’s just the right size and shape. It’s also definitely waterproof and smudge proof too. I work in it and have slept in it and it stayed put! This works better than the high priced mascara I was using. Seriously if you are looking for the perfect waterproof mascara at an excellent price buy this now you won’t regret it! ❤️

Great Mascara
I decided to give this a try. I was surprisingly amazed at how well it applied to my lashes. It does not clump and goes on evenly. The one downfall is it is difficult to remove. I have to use several makeup removers to remove it or it leaves dark marks under my eyes.

Extremely waterproof
I love the brand of mascara. I ordered the waterproof for the first time, and it goes on beautifully and doesn’t clump. However, I only gave it 4 stars, because it is so much more difficult to remove. They really mean waterproof. So can be a pro or con, depending on how you look at it. I have to use an oil based make up remover and let it sit in order to get the mascara off.

So let me tell you a story.I (35F) have been searching for a waterproof mascara that lengths and defines my naturally full eyelashes, without clumping them together.After combing through reviews on Amazon, as well as comparing price and quality, I decided to give Essence Lash Princess waterproof mascara a go. What did I have to lose? It was only $5.And BOY let me tell you!! I was both BLOWN away, as well as very annoyed by the end of the night.This mascara gave me everything I wanted, AND more. Lash lengthening, lash definition and separation, as well as VERY WATERPROOF! I wish I didn’t have to use waterproof, but due to certain allergies, my eyes water like CRAZY. I have had to adjust my makeup routine to accommodate this.This mascara was the FIRST to withstand my watery eyes, without clumping, flaking or becoming patchy. The one downside to this… I have to do a triple skincare face cleanse, TWICE!!With that being said, this will forever be my holy grail of mascaras.

Too sticky, clumpy, difficult to remove
I liked the overall appearance, but it gets too sticky and clumpy and smears when trying to remove it. If I don’t literally scrape and pull it from my lashes, I would end up with chunks of dried mascara getting in my eyes.

Waterproof Mascara
I use eye drops often. With this waterproof mascara, the drops don’t make it run down my face. It is easy to remove, maybe a little dust. I like thke ‘grippy’ handle.
