I’ve gotten other freeze dried jellos and fruit roll up no problems I order this kind and nope Although the taste is there they were very stale could not enjoy them do better especially with the price that they are.

Freeze dried jello… Who knew?!
Freeze dried candies and snacks seem to be all the rage right now. I would not have guessed you could freeze dry jello but here go! These are a fun treat that melt in your mouth in you suck on them. Or they have a nice crunch if you chew them. I like the orange flavor that I chose. They are definitely on the sweeter side, which is probably why my grandchildren can’t get enough of them. My only reason for removing one star is the price seems a little hefty for a 2oz container. But I guess when compared to the cost of a freeze-dryer, this shouldn’t be surprising. I only know this because my husband is really pushing to get one… Like I say, all the rage;)

Interesting Texture
These jello cubes are interesting in texture as they are freeze dried. Once in your mouth and with your saliva, they begin to hydrate and you begin to taste the orange sugary taste of the Jello cubes. Not my cup of tea and may be an acquired taste. Don’t know if the smaller 2 oz container at @12.99 is worth it. This is my opinion and because of the flavor and texture, and buying more air than something else, they are overpriced, however, I’ll let you decide if you decide to give them a try.

When were they made?
Overall, the flavor is really great. We got lime. I’m guessing that this batch was made a long time ago because half of it was filled with tiny little flakes.-each “ cube” was more like rocks. They are definitely not as soft as everyone shows. I don’t think I will be buying these online, but maybe if I cross paths with a small business owner and can get them fresh.

BUYER BEWARE
This was the worst purchase I have made in a long time DONT FALL for the Hype. Product is stale gross and disgusting are the high lights. Over priced garbage describes it best. Amazon did a horrible packaging job no paper so a bunch of it turned to dust.
