effective, smoothing, brightening, and smells gently of roses
Just immediately obsessed with this lovely little balm stick. I’m a sucker for the ease of a stick application for skincare. Just so easy, hygienic, and keeps my hands clean.This one has a gorgeous rose scent, very gentle but so lovely and soothing. The balm is a dream to apply, smooth and glossy and thick enough that I haven’t had any issues with it migrating or getting into my eyes even though it’s obviously applied right next to them.I may use it way too much because I’ve already purchased 2 more of them within a few weeks. But it just feels so luxurious! I have a feeling of rich all-day moisture and notice that my under eye area is looking refreshed.I’ve started applying it to my crows feet/temples, frown lines, and smile lines as well.

I recommend, It Works, But not for Me!
This product works well. But for me my skin is sensative to some facial products.. I put it on in the morning, by miday the area around my eyes started it itch. the next day I tried using it at night to make sure it may have been something else and the itching only lasted a for awhile..but no, it got worse and had to stop using it. I tried washing it with soap and water..it realived the itching a bit, but it came back. So I have had to stop using it,Don’t get me wrong the problem is my skin. but it definitely works. I saw the puffyness went away and my the skin under eye was smoother,but it just too uncomfortable.

Pair with Patches
As a mid-30s individual, I was impressed by this product. Is it on the same level with super high-end eye creams/serums, no, I mean you can’t really compare a $100 item to a $10 item but I do feel like it does a decent job with puffness and dark circles. I’m a mom of a toddler and this does give my tired under eyes a boost! Now, I think this product does MUCH BETTER when paired with the under-eye patches. I originally added it on with the Grace and Stella Energizing Eye Masks and continued to use this after I ran out of the patches. It works better in conjunction with them. Still like it and don’t find it to be too oily under makeup. I also wait about 10 minutes after applying my skincare before applying my makeup to give it time to sink into my skin. I’m 37 and don’t have set-in fine lines around my eyes just yet so I can’t speak to how this responds to deeper facial lines. Overall it’s lightweight, and energizing for my under eyes and I just enjoy how it feels and the easy application!

Eye care is so important!
I do like this product but sometimes I find that it burns a little bit. Definitely don’t rub your eyes once you have it on! I do feel like it has brightened me up which is a win- I love their under eye patches so much so I wanted to try this. Keep in mind I have sensitive skin so I only use this once a week so that I don’t have irritation. Very lightweight and makes me look hydrated. I will continue to use. Good product overall I just have sensitive skin so I am not able to use it every night.

Soft and smooth
First of all this is such a cute product! Second it goes on soooo smooth and so soft. I love how it makes my skin glow and feels super hydrated. I also use it as a primer for my makeup as it really smoothens the skin. 15/10 highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this but….
I really wanted to like this and for it to work. I am 48 years young. I have puffy eyes in the morning and of course some fine lines. I tried this product twice just to make sure what I was seeing and feeling was true. Both times I experienced a slight burning sensation. The puffiness did not really change and to be honest… it dried my skin out and made the fine lines look worse. I really had no issues with it tugging at my skin during application. I pressed it against my skin to warm up prior to application. I did not find it too greasy, the smell is wonderful, the price was doable and it’s just the right size for your purse. For me, it’s a no go.

Doesn’t work
I’m sorry I know u bought this product a while back but let me say I’m sorry. I’m sorry because it doesn’t work like it says. I haven’t noticed any difference under my eyes with puffy dark circles. I tried using only under one eye so I could compare but there’s no difference. Let me know if u find something that actually works for dark circles and puffy under eye.

Purchased the Grace & Stella Look on the Brightside eye brightening stick for just under $10 with free delivery. Had only tried one product from this brand before ordering but had really liked it and was excited to try this.Amazon package envelope was delivered perfectly and when promised. Inside a new pristinely boxed eye brightening stick awaited in the same condition.To make this shorter and hopefully helpful IMO:•Cheap plastic packaging that’s kinda cute but I don’t really care what’s on the outside. On the inside is where it counts.• The actual brightening stick works the same as a traditional twist up lipstick and is a milky white shade with a pretty yet subtle opal ish, reflective sheen.• Feels great applying, dehydrated under eyes soak up the beneficial ingredients almost immediately, leaving a subtle brightening effect that looks natural and healthy.• Once the stick reaches the same temperature as your skin it glides across the skin without any pulling. Applies quickly, easily, evenly and cleanly. No need to wipe off the eye brightener as it melts and blends into the skin like a dream just using very gentle pressure taping with your finger. No mess on the counter, or a plethora of eye brightening products everywhere as this sticks all that’s needed, and no tools to clean aside from washing your hands with soap and water before and after application.• Since this stick is a very small all in one product that’s solid not liquid you can easily throw this in your bag to use when traveling or your purse in case you want to touch up at some point.IMO Cons:• It’s fairly heavily scented!! Why someone felt the need to add fragrance to a product created specifically for use around the eyes baffles me. It smells grandmotherly, chemical and floral all together. The scent can and has caused eye irritation, redness and tears.• I prefer using cold (from the fridge) products around my eyes. After a few regular temperature uses it was put in the fridge overnight. Excitedly went to use the eye brightening stick while getting ready in the morning and OMG it stuck in some spots, skipped others and pulled the thin and delicate skin brutally. It applied godawful when cold which was a massive negative• The price isn’t terrible but considering you can get a lip balm that incorporates the same beneficial ingredients, even more benefits and provides the same results at half the price … why pay more than necessary? Plus with a lip balm you can select if you want it clear or tinted? Apply the tiniest amount of powder highlighter or brightening eye shadow to the top of your finger pad before tamping the product in with that finger. Totally customizable, easy, very inexpensive and you. Wear it clear with nothing added or have fun finding shades you love best.Plus you can choose UNSCENTED!• IMO, honestly it’s the fact that this product is (intentionally) scented that makes it a big NO. Instead I’ve been using a good old drugstore clear lip balm that has the same beneficial ingredients plus more, contains proper spf, costs under $5cdn and love it!FRAGRANCE FREE or UNSCENTEDTruly hope this helps you see what I have found to be the pros and negatives of this eye brightening stick. This way you can make an informed choice as to what’s best for you.

I absolutely love this. I’ve bought quite a few of grace and Stella products and they are my favourite. My mom bought this and I tried it and I fell like it did in fact work. I put it on at night before bed and when I woke up in the morning I felt like the dark circles under my eyes were way less noticeable or even none existent. So I bought one for myself. I have very sensitive skin and this was fine for me. Soft texture and no smell. Easy application. The size is about the same as a lip stick. Didn’t leave my skin feeling dry so I definitely feel like it hydrates, was maybe a little oily putting on but dries like lotion.

Really wanted to like this as it seemed soothing and nice to use at first, and I liked the mild scent. I bought it to see if it could help reduce dark eye bags (I’m of Mediterranean decent and have hereditary dark circles), but after a week of continuous use twice a day, not only do I not see the slightest difference whether I get adequate sleep or not, but the product dried out the skin around my eyes, most evident when I wear concealer which I have to daily so I don’t look like zombie. I ended up looking at least 5 years older.I typically have drier skin in the winter anyway, and I didn’t buy this to reduce puffiness since I don’t get puffy eyes so I can’t speak on that account if it affects other skin types differently. The only thing I can recommend to people in my situation that’s somewhat worked for me is a vitamin c serum; I buy the one from All Natural Advice which is available on Amazon. Applying it in concentrated doses under the eyes does have a brightening effect.Edit: I just realized that all of the positive reviews (which is what I based my purchase off of) seem to be for a cream instead of the balm stick that I bought. Check the pictures. Kinda sneaky. Was a 2/5, now 1/5.

I have a couple of products by these makers and I absolutely love them so I was excited to try this little stick. I’m 66 so I have more pronounced bags and swelling under my eyes and because I don’t sleep well, I also have dark circles. I ordered this thinking Great, the caffeine will take away the swelling at least. I tried it a couple of different ways…I put three swipes under my eyes and some in the upper lid area. I saw no difference. I tried putting more as I’m older and might need an extra few swipes…no change. Then I put on less thinking maybe there was too much build up for it to penetrate but again, I saw absolutely no difference. It feels really nice and I’ll continue to use it in the hopes that I’m just a hard case and it needs more time to work. Such a shame!
