Our Brand Story…
Natalie Mills was born in Johannesburg South Africa to humble beginnings. Today Natalie is a passionate mother, designer, trend setter, entrepreneur and a catalyst for empowering women in the workplace globally.
From a young age, Natalie had a special love for jewelry and accessories. At 8 years old, she would collect sea shells during family vacations and pierce holes into them, stringing them together create bangles and necklaces to sell to her classmates and neighbors.
Natalie loved to accessorize and loved bling! She would often wear jewelry, but on a modest salary she could only afford costume jewelry which would break and fall apart. Higher quality jewelry came with a much higher cost, and Natalie noticed a gap in the middle market for affordable, yet quality jewelry. In 2012, with just 100 dollars, Natalie launched her brand which fast become an aspirational yet accessible women’s jewelry & accessory brand. The launch showcased her design talents and fitted the needs of women who want to look and feel glamorous, without paying too much! The brand quickly became a must-have brand across Africa and globally.
When the pandemic hit, Natalie used her resources and design skills to create beautiful crystal embellished face masks as she knew there were many women who prefer bling to bland, even when it comes to face coverings. The collection has now gathered 5 star reviews from thousands of happy customers!

I ordered a Natalie Mills headband a few weeks ago and fell in love with it, its the perfect thickness, its soft, it does not slip and its really beautiful and glamorous. I ordered a second one with rainbow beading and it just came, its absolutely gorgeous and the way they are packaged says a lot, they care, I am looking at their other products because I am certain I won’t be disappointed! I absolutely love this headband! I had one just like it & my son broke it. I was thrilled to find this one & when I got it, it was just as beautiful in person! Cute But Overpriced
This headband is undeniably adorable, but for the price, I expected better quality. While it looks great in photos, it’s quite small. It’s more of a “wear for the aesthetic” piece rather than something truly functional. If it were half the price, I’d say go for it—but at this cost, you can definitely find something cuter and sturdier elsewhere. I may be returning it.

Surprised at quality
I have a giant head and sometimes headbands can be hard to fit. These bands, the pearl one in particular, are surprisingly soft and flexible. They have an interior nonslip lining. Mine arrived with all the crystals and rhinestones intact. Couldn’t ask for more for the price!

WHAT??? is this for a horse to wear?
i don’t know if I got a defect item, but the minute i opened the headband i could see it would not fit. it was so large that I cannot figure who could wear it. It also had no grip what-so-ever to make matters worse. I returned it
